Who is Valley Country? Valley Country Pty Ltd (ACN 057 336 222) is a privately held Australian company retailing country clothing and equestrian products.

Why do we collect personal information? We only collect personal information (when submitted) in order to fulfil a request, registration, purchase or when you choose to take part in a survey.

What personally identifiable information is collected? Contact details, purchase details (and when required credit card details) may be collected when submitted.

Is information disclosed to Third Parties?  Information will not be disclosed to other third parties except in cases where the third party is a contractor or supplier who is engaged on our premises, specifically to assist with the activities of Valley Country, eg. a supplier engaged to assist with management of a Valley Country event.  All such contractors will be bound contractually to keep all information confidential.

How long is the information kept?  Information will be kept until it is outdated or no longer required, after which time it will be destroyed or permanently de-identified.
