How to Order
1 Browse the Site
Move your mouse over the category list (Country Lifestyles, Equestrian…)
and select the sub-category you’re interested in, such as Menswear. Next
select the department you’d like to visit, such as Mens Tops.
You’ll then have the opportunity to select from a range of products in
that department – by clicking on either the More Info button, the product name or the picture
of the product.
or Search the Site
Sometimes it’s easier to put a word or phrase into the Search box – you’ll
find this box near the top left of every screen, above the category list. So if, for example, you’re looking
for a pair of Gardener boots from R.M.Williams, you could enter “Gardener”
in the search box and then, from the list, choose the product that best
suits your needs. Note that if you enter a phrase of say three words
into the Search box, only products with all three words in their
name will be found.
2 Select Product
When you find the product you’re after, you may need to select some options,
such as colour and size. These will be available at the bottom of the
Product page. If for some reason you don’t see an option list but want
to tell us about a particular product requirement, use the “Extra info
re your requirements” box. You’ll also need to tell us how many of the
item you’d like. Note that if you have seen the same product at a lower
price elsewhere, provide full details in the “ValleyMatch™ details” box
and we’ll usually match their price.
3 Add to Cart
Click on the Add to Cart icon to add your choice to the shopping cart.
You can then continue shopping for other items. When you’ve finished
shopping, go to the checkout by clicking on the “Checkout” icon at the
bottom of the Product screen – or click “View Cart” in the Shopping Cart
box at the left of the screen (note: these buttons only appear after
you have put an item in the cart).
4 Checkout
The checkout process uses advanced security technologies to protect
your privacy. It has four stages:

Order details – allows you to review your order and to change or
remove items

Shipping info – tell us where you’d like us to send the goods
– this is already filled in if you’re logged in as a registered shopper
– registered shoppers can record more than one delivery address
– if you want to have the goods delivered to a Post Office Box, pleae
choose Post as your shipping method

Billing info – tell us how you’d like to pay for the goods, such as credit
card or direct
deposit

Checkout – confirm your order
You will then see a confirmation page on your screen, and (provided you have entered
your email address correctly!) will
shortly receive an email confirming your order.
If you have
registered as a shopper, you will be able to track the status of your order
online.
