22 nations including 11 teams competed in the Eventing at the 2008 Olympics. As expected Australia and Germany dominated in the dressage with both countries getting three riders under 40 penalties, with Australian team member Lucinda Fredericks leading after the dressage phase.  15 riders in the dressage phase are featured on the DVD.

Comprehensive highlights of the cross country are included, where the USA fell by the wayside and Australia  lost its gold medal position to the Germans.

In a dramatic showjumping conclusion Germany made up for their disaster in Athens by maitaining their cross country phase advantage over Australia and Great Britain.
