Harold Boot Company -
The Harold Boot Company traces its history back to 15th Century Leicestershire where Ian Harold's ancestors were bespoke shoe makers. In 1912, Frederick Harold came to Australia to source raw materials and establish local production facilities. The Australian business thrived, with strong sales in both local and overseas markets.
Subsequent generations of Harolds have continued the family's traditional footwear business. Today, Ian Harold, grandson of Frederick, manages the company's production of a range of very high quality footwear products. In conjunction with the company's new owners, Ken and Carol Watkin, Ian and his team of gifted artisans hand-crafts Australian country and traditional English footwear.
 In the past six years, the Harold Boot Company's production has more than trebled and the quality of its products continues to be appreciated in both local and overseas markets. The products continue to be Australian made, using Australian leather and craftsmanship.
The Harold Boot Company produces some outstanding specialty boots including their Polocrosse Boot, pictured at right. This purpose-built boot has been extremely popular with Valley Country customers all around the world and is outstanding value for money. It is available in several size combinations.

Is this the perfect work boot?
It's incredibly tough, easy to get into and the Velcro ankle strap provides excellent ankle stability. The leather flaps over the elastic sides look great and, together with the Velcro strap, extend the life of the elastic. Don't buy new work boots every six months, these ones usually last for years.
